IMA Cocina y Más didn't start in a restaurant. It started in a Puerto Rican kitchen, where a young Iván "Tito" Avellanet learned that a plate of food is a way to say I love you without saying a word.

For more than twenty years that idea has followed him across Miami: cooking with soul, building flavors that tell a story, and treating every table like his own. As a private chef in Miami, he has cooked for intimate dinners, family celebrations and large events alike. Three words still guide everything he does.

Faith

Every menu begins with gratitude. Faith is the quiet ingredient in Tito's cooking, the reminder to give your very best to whoever sits down to eat, whether it is a table for two or a celebration for two hundred.

Flavor

Bold, honest, and unmistakably Latin. No shortcuts and no fast-food compromises, just real ingredients built layer by layer until a dish tastes the way home feels.

Family

When Tito cooks for you, you become family for the night. No fixed menus, no strangers at the table, only the people in front of him and an experience made just for them. That is IMA Cocina y Más, private chef and catering, serving Miami and its neighborhoods.
